Head to your nearest Sam's Club on Saturday, January 10th for a Free Health Screening.
From 10 AM-3 PM anybody, not just members, can get the following tests for FREE:
glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat percentage and vision testing/screening.
